1. Acceptance

By playing Stock Cardle ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What this is

Stock Cardle is a free, unofficial, fan-made trivia game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NASCAR®, any sanctioning body, racing team, sponsor, or driver. All driver, team, and manufacturer names appearing in the Game are used solely for factual, informational identification of real-world racing history. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Accuracy of information

The Game's data (teams, car numbers, eras, championships, hometowns) is compiled from public historical records and, for retired drivers, reflects an editorial judgment about each driver's most iconic ride. It is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Spot an error? We'd genuinely like to fix it — contact us.

4. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape at abusive volumes, or misrepresent the Game as an official product. Feel free to share your results anywhere.

5. Intellectual property

The Game's original code, design, and presentation belong to the site operator. Underlying facts of racing history belong to no one — they're history.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
